The buildings have undergone a major renovation to offer the residents of Garden City and its visitors a place to gather. Whether you are planning a wedding, hosting a seminar or need a place for your family reunion, "The Town Center" can accommodate.

The deposit is a separate fee and is independent of the rental fee.
The deposit will be returned provided our building attendant finds everything to be satisfactory
at the end of your rental. If not, the deposit will be used to repair any damage created by
anyone in your group. If clean up is required after your group,
you will be charged $20 per hour for cleaning.
A $40 fee will be charged on all returned checks.
